| 摘 要： | 减少出钢过程中的出渣量是提高钢水纯净度的有效手段。探讨了利用红外下渣检测技术判断钢水中钢渣的含量并结合滑板挡渣来实现全自动出钢的工艺方法,以提高钢水收得率和钢水洁净度。

| Abstract: | Reducing the amount of slag in the steel process is an effective means to improve the purity of molten steel. The paper discusses the method of using infrared slag detection technology to detect slag content in the molten steel, the detected data signal is sent to control the skateboard, in order to improve the recovery rate of molten steel, and improve the steel cleanliness. |
