| 摘 要： | 为了实现对产品售后服务全过程的协同集成管理,在分析了当前重型汽车行业售后服务中存在的问题基础上,提出了一种基于ASP模式的售后服务协同管理集成平台,并阐述其逻辑结构与技术架构,以及服务平台应具有的功能模块。该平台建立了以Web Services为技术支持的ASP架构,实现了生产制造信息与售后服务各环节信息的集成,提高了售后服务的响应速度和质量。

| Abstract: | For realizing collaborated management of after-sale service process, the major problem m alter-sale serwces ot neavy-oury automobile industry is analyzed, and a after-sale service collaborated management integrated platform based on ASP mode is put forward. The structure and functional model of this platform are also introduced. Supported by Web Services technology, the framework of ASP mode is established, and the integration of production process information and after-sale service process information is realized. The response speed and quality of after-sale service are greatly improved. |
