电解耐蚀合金锌粉工艺研究

摘    要:采用氯化物体系可电沉积出Zn—Pb、Zn—Pb-Cd、Zn-Pb-Cd-In合金锌粉,并对其耐蚀性和电性能作了对比,确定出汞化率可降至2%的Zn-Pb-Cd-In合金锌粉电解工艺。

Abstract:Zn-Pb,Zn-Pb-Cd and Zn-Pb-Cd-In zinc-alloy powders could be electrodeposited from the chloride system. After the comparison of their corrosion-resistant and electrical property, the authors defined the electrolytic technology of Zn-Pb-Cd-In zinc powder that amalgamation yield could drop to 2 percent.
