| 摘 要： | 本文对固态照明白光LED用Eu^2＋激活硫化钙、Eu^2＋激活的氮化物和氮氧化物三种高效红色荧光体的物理化学和发光特性进行对比和分析。氮（氧）化物红色荧光体的性能稳定。四种材料适合用作InGaN蓝光LED光转换红色荧光体，和YAG：Ce黄粉组合，使制作的白光LED的显色指数Ra大大提高，有利实现LED普通照明。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the luminescence characteristics of CaS：Eu, Sr2Si5N8：Eu system nitride and oxynitride red phosphors which are used in blue InGaN based white LED applications were investigated. CaS： Eu material is a effective phosphor and shows deep red light under the excitation of blue, green and yellow LED, but this alkali earth sulfide was easily damaged by moisture. Red Sr2 Si5 N8 ： Eu nitride phosphor is effeciently excited by blue LED. This nitride has good luminescence properties, excellent thermal and chemical stability. The good CIE chromaticity, the characteristics of excitation and emission spectra and re-absorption radiation transfer indicate that the CaS： Eu, Sr2Si5N8 ： Eu and Sr2Si5OxN8-x： Eu system red phosphors can be used to generate red component in the phosphors-converted white LEDs having high color rendering inderx Ra： 90- 98. |
