| 摘 要： | 本在简述路网可靠性研究重要性的基础上，给出了路网可靠性的评价指标和基于路网拓扑结构的可靠性计算模型，确定了弧、路径、节点对以及网络结构的可靠性计算方法，并结合上海市杨浦区的实际路网拓扑结构进行了了可靠性计算，其结果对于准确描述网络中的不良交通路段，帮助出行预估行程时间具有重要的指导意义，并能够为管理制定交通管理策略提供决策支持。

| Abstract: | Based on the brief discussion of the importance of reliability for road transportation networks,the evaluation indices of networks reliability and the reliability calculation models for the network topological structures were proposed, and the reliability calculation methods of arc, link, node pairs and networks structure were determined. Upon the actual road network's topological structure of Yangpu District in Shanghai, the reliability indices were calculated. The results show that the congested sections in the road network can be located precisely, which has great significance to help travelers to predict travel time and provide the decision-making support for administrators. |
