| 摘 要： | 针对我国煤矿安全现状,分析了安全事故发生的内在原因和外在原因,从多个角度进行系统研究,构建了以人的素质及安全管理观念为核心层次的煤矿安全管理模式,为搞好煤矿安全管理工作提供指导,为管理水平的诊断提供依据。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the status-quo of colliery safety in China, the inner and outer causes of safety accidents were analyzed in this paper, After systematic research from several points of view, management mode of colliery safety was built up which concentrate on human quality and safety management idea. Thus, instructions were provided for colliery safety management and foundations were provided for the diagnosis of management level. |
