摘    要:CCHM(Catalyst Coated Hydrophobic membrane)是将催化剂涂覆在疏水膜上制备膜电极的一种新的制备模式,它具备了传统工艺CCM的优点,同时克服了制备CCM引起的膜变形的缺点,更加便于工业化的生产.研究了CCHM模式制备的电池电性能和稳定性,并与其它制备模式制备的电池电性能进行了比较,CCHM模式制备的电池电性能在600 mA/cm2下为0.63 V,与CCM模式制备的电池性能相近.电池的稳定性需要进一步提高.

Abstract:Catalyst coated on the hydrophobic membrane is a new preparation mode for membrane electrode assembly. It had the merit of CCM relative to the traditional mode. The defect of membrane distortion in CCM preparation was solved, and industrializing manufacture was become easier. The performance and stability of the cell made by the CCHM mode was studied and was compared with other preparation modes. The performance of the cell reaches to 0.63 V at the current density of 600 mA/cm2, which is close to the CCM mode. The stability of the cell needs to be improved.
