增强剂对碳/碳材料沉积速率影响的实验研究

摘    要:从实验探索了增强剂对碳/碳复合材料沉积速率的影响,提出了提高沉积速率的方法。实验结果表明:采用经过石墨化处理和表面改性处理的碳布作为增强剂,所制得的坯体沉积速率快,样品最终密度高;碳纤维体积含量(为30%~45%时)对样品最终密度无明显影响。

Abstract:In an earlier paper10], the first author et al proposed a method that. Can reduce CVD deposition time from about 1500h to about 300h' Even though deposition time is not further reduced, we now can increase, with suitable reinforcer, density of C/C composites significantly and this is equivalent to a significant increase in amount of C/C composites produced or equivalent to a significantly higher deposition rate.We deem that, in order to be suitable, the reinforcer should be carefully prepared in two respects:(1) The carbon fibre reinforcer should be so made as to make its holes regular in shape and evenly distributed. Such reinforcer can increase the amount of carbon atoms transported for deposition.(2) The carbon fibre reinforcer should be so graphitized and surf see treated as to speed up deposition rate through faster surf see reaction.Fis. 2 shows the density of semi- finished sample obtained with good graphitization (upper curve) to be significantly higher than that obtained without graphitization (lower curve ). Fig. 5 shows the density of semi-finished sample obtained with good surface treatment and good graphitization (upper curve) to be higher than that obtained with just good graphitization (lower curve).
