GPS多点转发定位方法研究

从ＧＰＳ基本原理出发，提出了用ＧＰＳ进行多点转发定位的新方法，给出了相应的应用系统结构，并通过基本实验，对此方法进行了初步验证，若此方法应用于多点定位系统，将使ＧＰＳ的用途更加广泛。

A GPS Multi -Vehicle Positioning with Single Receiver

Utilization of commercial signals of U.S.global positioning system(GPS) in China is now limited to single-vehicle positioning when only a single receiver is available.In the absence of information in the open literature about multi -vehicle positioning in the case of one receiver, we now present our research results on how it can be done.Fig.2 shows the schematic for using the single receiver of control center to locate many vehicles.Each vehicle needs to carry not a receiver but just an antenna and a retransmitter.When the control center needs to locate a certain vehicle,it needs merely let GPS signals received by that vehicle's antenna be relayed to the control center' s receiver through the retransmitter.Fig.3 shows an experimental way for checking the validity of retransmitter,which is essential to the success of our idea as given in Fig.2.Preliminary test results show that relayed GPS signals are reproduced very well and do allow the receiver to obtain the correct location of the vehicle.
