显微组织对制绳钢丝疲劳寿命的影响

摘    要:通过对国产和日本制绳钢丝的疲劳寿命试验,结果表明影响制绳饮丝疲劳寿命的主要因素是显微组织和表面质量.国产钢丝显微组织存在网状铁素体表面有严重划痕缺陷,而日本生产的钢丝显微组织为均匀铁素体,因此,前者疲劳性能波动较大,疲劳寿命较后者低.

Abstract:The fatigue fractures of string-made steel wires have been observed with TEM, steroscope From fatigue life testing for string-made steel wires made in China and Japam. Result showed that main factor effecting fatigue lefe of string-made steel wires are microstructures and surface qualities. Microstructure of domestic steel wires contain netwrk ferrite and microstacture of steel wires made in Japan is homogeneous ferrite so that domestic ones have lower fatique life and its fatigue properties are unsteadie than Japanese.
