交流主轴驱动系统的微机故障诊断及监控

摘    要:介绍了一种单片机故障诊断及监控系统,该系统用于已被开发及投入生产的交流主轴驱动系统中.它能够确定故障并迅速隔离故障部件,然后,按照监控系统给出的信息,在系统出现故障后,采取修正措施,使之重新初始化.这样提高了系统的可靠性及可维护性.故障的诊断及控制方案采用一片价格低廉的单片机8031和很少的硬件实现,故障信息很容易通过特殊工业终端及PC机的串行通讯口得到.

Abstract:fault diagnosis scheme and its monitoring system are presented fora microcomputer- based AC spindle drive Which has been developed and put into production.The fault diagnostic facility would aid in locating the fault and isolating the fault elementsimmediately.Then, corrective steps can be initiated after system breakdown according tO theinformtion given by the monitoring system thereby enhancing the reliability andmaintainability of the system. The fault diagnostic schemes are realiZed by a 10Wcostsingle-chip microcomputer 8031 with. the addition of a little hardware and the fault informationcan be castly obtained from the serial communication port using a special industrial terminalor a personal computer.
