摘    要:目前,国外汽车行业广泛采用CAD/CAE/CAM技术进行汽车前后桥的优化设计,这大大缩短了产品开发周期和制造周期,提高了产品的质量,降低了生产成本。以某公司主导产品140主减速器油封渗漏油为研究对象,其主要研究内容如下:基于ANSYS软件,针对油封的具体结构,详细分析了创建油封有限元模型的具体建模方案与步骤;根据油封有限元模型,在静态下对影响油封唇口接触压力大小及分布的因素进行分析;分析计算了油封唇口接触宽度、过盈量、腰部厚度以及油封后唇角大小对油封唇口接触压力大小及分布的影响。

Abstract:At present, CAD / CAE / CAM technologies for automotive steering system optimization design were widely used in foreign automotive industries, which greatly reduce the periods of the product development and manufacturing, and improve the pruduet quality, reduce the cost of production. The production process of the 140 main reducer oil seal in a company is as the research object, the main research contents are as follows : Based on the ANSYS software, in light of the concrete structures of the oil seal, the specific methods and steps to create finite element model of the oil seal were analyzed in details ; According to the finite element model of the oil seal, modal analysis theory, base was studied in detail of lip, which was used to analyze the lip of oil seal; Analysis of the oil seal lip width of the contact, had surplus capacity, spring stiffness, as well as after the oil seal lip on the size of the oil seal lip contact pressure on the size and distribution.
