摘    要:对连轧生产线上辊道与棒材间的相互作用力进行了分析,指出棒材表面划伤和辊道磨损随着二者相对滑动速度的增大而加剧,进而提出了一种辊道速度的设定方法,使辊道能适应棒材轧制速度的变化,减轻或消除相对滑动。工程实践表明,这种方法简单可行,有助于提高棒材表面质量,延长辊道寿命。

Abstract:In this paper, a dynamics analysis of the influence between continuous bar mill roller table and bar is given first. A conclusion is reached, that the bar surface nicking and roller table wearing become more serious as the glide speed is faster. A Speed setting method that can make the roller to track the bar speed and decrease even eliminate the glide,is proposed. It is proved by the engineering practice that this method is simple, feasible, and can help to improve the bar surface quality and extend the rollers life.
