摘    要:本文论述石蜡催化氯化的新技术。重点考察PC—03催化剂对氯化反应的催化效能和各因素对催化反应的影响规律,进行工艺方案的优化研究,并与老工艺进行技术经济比较。研究结果表明,催化氯化新技术比热氯化老工艺,具有反应速度快,生产周期短,工艺与设备简单,产品质量好,对原料适应性强,单耗能耗低,污染少,生产效率高和经济效益好等优点,是一种技术上先进,经济上合理,生产上可靠的生产氯化石蜡的新方法。


A New Process for Catalytic Chlorination of Paraffin
Abstract:A new process for catalytic chlorination of paraffin is presented. The catalytic properties of PC-03 catalyst for the chlorination and the effects of various factors on the catalytic reaction were examined. Process optimization and comparison with thermal chlorination in technical economy were made.The new process had a faster reaction rate and a wider adaptability to different sources of raw materials and was simple in technology and equipment. The product was of high quality and consumption of raw materials and energy was relatively low. There was less pollution. The production cost was 25% lower than that of thermal chlorination.
