基于超声测距的恒张力控制系统

摘    要:提出了一种新型的恒张力控制系统,它以超声波为检测方式,具有成本低、结构简单、抗干扰性强等优点。在深入分析自动卷绕线张力控制系统放卷部分受力情况的基础上,推导了张力系统的数学模型以及采集量与控制量的关系,给出了输出控制量的数学表达式。详细阐述了控制系统的内部结构,并通过实际生产验证具有良好的张力控制效果。
