螺旋输送机设计选型的现代技术

摘    要:螺旋输送机能有效输送非连续相离散物料。由于非连续相离散物料在螺旋输送机内的运动特性极其复杂,因此—直没有很好的设计计算模型。它的设计计算必须凭借设计者的经验,用类似的输送机类比。分散元模拟技术(DEM)能很好地预测到物料特性的变化(如颗粒形状、颗粒尺寸、颗粒与颗粒和颗粒与壁面之间的摩擦)对螺旋输送机性能状态的影响,以及不同结构尺寸的螺旋输送机产生的输送效果。并能使设计者直观、动态地观察到物料在运输设备内的运动状态。
