摘    要:应用LVDV-Ⅲ+型可编程流变仪测定了粒度分布与微米级氧化铁水悬浮液凝聚处理后的流变特性的关系。实验结果表明,在一定的固相体积分数下,悬浮液的表观粘度随悬浮液中颗粒中位径的增大而减小。颗粒半径越小,溶剂化导致的体积增加越多,颗粒在悬浮体系中所占的体积分数也越大,结果是运动阻力增大,悬浮液粘度增加。悬浮液固相体积分数从3...

Abstract:Application LVDV-Ⅲ + programmable rheometer,this thesis measured the relationship between particle size distribution and the rheological properties of micron iron oxide pool water suspension after treatment,.The results show that a certain solid volume fraction,the apparent viscosity of the suspension particles in suspension with the median diameter and.The smaller the particle radius,increasing the volume of the solvent leads to more particles in the suspension system,the greater the volume fraction,the result is increased resistance movement and the suspension viscosity.Suspension solid volume fraction is from 3% to 20%,different particle size distribution under suspension in line with the Bingham model parameters.In the same solid volume fraction suspension,yield stress τ0,plastic viscosity ηp with a median diameter and decreases;the same median diameter of suspended particles in liquid,solid volume fraction of large suspension yield stress,plastic viscosity large.
