摘    要:阐述了碳纤维工业化生产中一种比较成熟的表面处理方式,即碳纤维的阳极氧化法。其结果能增加碳纤维表面官能团或活性碳原子数;电解液对阳极氧化法的影响因素很多,大电流下会发生浓度极化、吸附极化和化学极化3种极化反应,可采用电解槽循环方式、升高电解液温度、多极处理、增加表面活性剂、使用交流电等措施来解决,同时要根据不同型号碳纤维...
