摘    要:空间辐射环境是诱发航天器系统故障或异常的主要因素之一。调研收集了国外航天器在轨的故障信息,总结分析了航天器所出现的各种故障、分析经验和对策,提出了我国航天器的在轨运行的一些具体建议,促进空间环境研究与在轨运行管理的紧密结合,提高空间环境引起航天器在轨异常的原因分析与判断的水平。

Abstract:It is main reason that spacecraft system failures and anomalies attributed to the space radiation environment.Many case histories of spacecraft failures and anomalies documented from 1972 through 1997 attributed to the natural space radiation environment.And it provides an overview of seven major areas of spacecraft system failures and anomalies,effects on various spacecraft subsystems,related analysis methods and countermeasures.There are several related projects to on-orbit spacecraft management.The primary focus is to present more than better understanding of the space environment and its effects will enable spacecraft designers and managers to more effectively minimize program risks and costs,optimize design quality,and achieve mission objectives.
