中南世纪城高层建筑群的桩基选型和设计

摘    要:介绍中南世纪城18幢18~32层高层建筑群的桩基选型和设计方法。在多种桩基方案比选分析基础上,设计采用了静压法施工的PHC管桩方案,本文以其中8号住宅楼为例,介绍了桩基设计的设计方法。沉降观测结果表明,基础的沉降在规范限值内,桩基方案是合理的,其设计思路可供同类工程设计参考。

Abstract:The form selection and design method of pile foundations of Zhongnan Century Town,which includes eighteen 18 to 32-storey buildings,are analyzed in this paper.Through comparison,the static compression PHC tubular pile scheme is selected.Design method of the pile foundation of apartment building No.8 is introduced as an example.The survey of foundation settlements proves that the pile foundation scheme is feasible,and it has reference values for the design of other similar buildings.
