| Abstract: | This article introduces the project background,design principle,system construction,key technologies,new idea points and its application situation of the Telecommunication Integrated Service Management System.It is a computer software processing system which conducts and supports the implement of various telecom-services provided by Tianjin Communications for customers.It carries out a series of functions such as accepting applications,checking and disposing equipment and lines,controlling construction course,founding accounts and billing lists,etc.Such a system is popularizing and spreading in telecom-services operation and marketing. |
