Abstract:In this paper, a new non convetional machining method--the efficiency ultrasonic honing is presented, and a series of experimental researches on the vibration system are completed. The key technologies, such as transducer, vibrating disk and vibrator system are introduced. Transducer, vibrating disk and vibration system have influences on the resonance frequency of efficiency ultrasonic honing vibration system when the ultrasonic honing device is designed.The results of theoretical calculation are basically conformed to that of experiments which has been investigated by means of experimental and theoretical calculation method. The study provides a basis for the development of efficiency ultrasonic honing device.
