天然气采掘成本指数自然递增律及其运用

文章排除影响成本变化的非自然因素,明确提出平均成本是采出程度的函数。经过分析,得出天然气成本在科技和管理因素不变的“自然”情况下递增的结论,揭示了油气采掘业的基本生产经营规律。通过对不同函数形式的比选,参照最常用的产量自然递减模式,建议采用指数函数来描述该“自然递增”规律。平均成本“自然指数递增律”为正确认识和对待天然气采掘业成本的变化提供了理论依据,为企业如何采取措施降低成本指出了可行的途径。

NATURAL INCREASING LAW AND ITS APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS PRODUCING COST EXPONENT

It is presented the cost change law analyzed qualitatively and quantified progressively. Innovatively removing non-natural factors affecting cost changes, the average cost that is a function of gas recovery percent of reserves is clearly raised. It is concluded that the natural gas cost would naturally increase through rational analysis, practically in analysis for real cases, when scientific, technologic and management factors are unchanged, reasonably reveals the basic operation law in oil and gas producing industries. After comparison and choice for different function forms, the "natural increasing" law can be described with natural logarithm referring to "exponential function" form which most used in production natural declining. "Natural exponential increasing law" of average costs provides theoretical fundament for correctly understanding and dealing with cost changes in oil and gas industries, pointing out feasible ways how to take effective measures for decreasing cost.
