三视角线激光三维人体尺寸视觉测量系统的研究

摘    要:针对服装行业中大批量量身定制,满足不同体格的人体尺寸测量需求,实现测量生产一体化,研究并实现了采用三视角线激光结构光的三维人体尺寸测量系统;该系统采用张氏标定法标定多个摄像机,并将求得的标定矩阵统一到一个摄像机下,然后对采集得到的扫描光条图像进行滤波去噪,光条细化等处理,最后实现测量目标的三维重构;实验结果表明,该系统成本较低,操作简便,测量精度能够满足制衣用人体尺寸的要求,具有较高的性价比,有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:The paper focus on the requiring of clothes customization for different people and make calibration and production in a line.The author has researched and realized three views of 3D measurement on humanbody with line structure laser of vision calibration.The system calibrates each of the CCDs with zhang-methed and puts all matrixes in to one.Then deal with the images with laser by filtering noises and thinning the laser lights.Finally,the system achieves three-dimensional reconstruction of humanbody.The results show that the system has the characteristic of low cost,easy operation and the precision can satisfy the requirement of clothes customization which has a high c/p ratio and can be used widely.
