微波加热中试装置的研制及再生载金炭的试验

摘    要:介绍了自行研制的微波加热中试装置 ,进行了微波加热再生载金炭的试验。试验结果表明 ,当微波功率为 1 8k W、加热时间为 3 0 min时可将预处理后的废活性炭再生 ,按 GB/ T1 2 496.8-1 999分析活性炭的碘吸附值 ,达到 1 1 0 0以上 ,得到了高质量的活性炭。

Abstract:The microwave heating pilot equipment manufactured is introduced, and the experiments of regenerating activated carbon with gold by microwave heating were studied. The results show that the waste activated carbonafter pretreatment was regenerated when microwave power was 18kW and heating time was thirty minutes. Iodine value of the regenerating activated carbon reach over 1100 via test methods of wooden activated carbon in China (GB/T12496.8-1999). So high quality activated carbon was achieved.
