摘    要:爆炸切割是利用聚能原理来切割坚硬物质的爆炸新技术,线型聚能装药是其中一种常用的装药类型.针对线型聚能装药的主要结构参数,采用DYNA2D程序进行二维数值模拟,与现有理论和试验相符.以数值模拟代替实验,构造线型聚能装药正交设计表,达到了结构参数优化的目的.

Abstract:Explosive cutting is a new explosives technique to cut off stiff material, which is based on the theory of shaped charge. Linear shaped charge (LSC) is one of the types of the charges used in it usually. In this paper, we take advantage of DYNA2D program to complete two-dimensional numerical simulation of jet for the principle structural parameters of LSC, and the results are consistent to the classical theory and test analysis basically. We use orthogonal design and the analysis of its results to optimize the structural parameters of LSC.
