摘    要:为降低烧结能耗,新钢烧结厂近年来采取了优化生产工艺、技术改造、优化配料、厚料层烧结、余热回收、提高装备和自动化水平、强化管理等一系列措施,取得了良好效果。本文还提出了进一步降低能耗的思路和举措。

Abstract:In order to decrease the energy consumption, a series of measures were adopted at Xinsteel sintering plant in recent years, such as applying new-processes and new-techniques, optimizing raw material proportion ratio, deep bed sintering, waste heat recovery, improving the process equipment and automatic control system, intensifying management etc. , those measures and the effect were presented in this paper. And the thinking about further energy saving was also proposed.
