超声研磨声学系统振动特性与试验研究

摘    要:分析了超声振动研磨声学系统研具的固有频率和振型,建立了力学模型及其位移方程,探讨了研具的共振机理,根据理论和试验得出结论当研具以自身的固有频率共振时,系统处于全谐振状态。

Abstract:The natural frequency and mode of lapping tool of ultrasonic vibration lapping acoustic system are analyzed. The hanical model and displacement equation are established. The sonance mechanism of lapping tool is discussed. Based on the theoretical and experimental analysis it is concluded that when the lapping tool has its own resonance, the system is in full resonance.
