摘    要:主要介绍了同轴数字全息的基本概念、原理、方法及其在粒子直径测量中的应用,并进行了计算机仿真研究.基于Matlab软件,采用计算机随机生成仿真粒子,然后生成全息图,最后通过数字再现进行粒子直径测量,并与仿真粒子进行了比较,给出了判别粒子聚焦的方法,证明了该方法的适用性.

Abstract:The basic concept and procedure of digital in-line holography are shown mainly for particle diameter measurement and the performance test results obtained in numerical simulations are demonstrated.Firstly,the simulation particles are randomly generated by computer with the Matlab software. Secondly,the diffraction pattern produced by the particles is directly recorded by computer.Finally,image reconstruction is carried out numerically on a computer using observed hologram patterns and particle diameter can be derived from the reconstructed images.The distinguishing method for focused particle is given.
