小井眼复合防砂技术的研究与应用

摘    要:小井眼复合防砂技术结合了人工井壁防砂和机械防砂的优点,可有效解决Φ101.6mm套管小井眼油气井出砂难题。该技术可有效消除气流和地层压力对人工井壁造成的冲击,解决人工井壁低温固化强度低的难题,为治理Φ101.6mm小井眼气井、地层压力高的油井、造浆严重的油井和浅层油井出砂难题提供了一种非常有效的防砂手段。介绍了小井眼复合防砂技术的结构组成、技术原理、主要工具的研制、技术指标和现场试验及应用。

Abstract:Combined with advantages of the artificial borehole wall sand control and the mechanical sand control, the composite sand control technology for slim hole well can effectively solve sand production of the slim hole well having Ф101.6mm casing. The technology can effectively eliminate the influence of airflow and formation pressure on the artificial borehole wall, and solve low solidification strength of the artificial borehole wall under low temperature. For slim - hole gas well having Ф101.6mm casing,high formation- pressure well, serious mud making well, and shallow well, the technology can be an effective sand control mean. This paper introduces the structure composition and technical principle of the tech- nology, the development of main tools, technical index, and the field application of the technology.
