| 摘 要： | 白光LED具有节能、环保、寿命长等优点，以白光LED为基础的半导体照明正引发人类照明史上又一次革命。本文介绍了白光LED的技术原理及国内外半导体照明发展现状，阐述了目前存在的问题及解决方案，最后指出了今后的研究方向，并就如何加速发展半导体照明提出建议。

| Abstract: | The white LED is provided with the virtues of energy- saving, environment protection, long lifetime, etc. Semiconductor lighting based on WLED has created another revolution in the history of the lighting industry. The paper introduces the technical principles of WLED and development situation of semiconductor lighting at home and abroad, analyzes the existing problems and solutions, at last, points out study trends in the future and puts forward some suggestions to accelerate the development of semiconductor lighting. |
