城市总体规划数据入库初探--广东省域城乡规划监察系统的数据建立

为实现对总体规划实施有效的量化监控，必须建立一套综台性量化评价指标体系，使定量分析更为全面和准确。但总体规划涉厦面广量大，省级主管监察部门不可能对总体规划进行全盘监控管理，因此需对样本数据优化，提出其中关键的评价指标，特别是分期量化指标中的用地规模、环境、公共服务、市政配套等建设指标，以进行综台监控和评价实施效果。

Preliminary Study on Data Input for Urban Master Plan--Data Building for the Supervision System of Guangdong Provincial Urban and Rural Planning

In order to carry out effective quantified control over the master plan,it is necessary to es- tablish a set of systems for comprehensive quanti- fication of evaluation index so as to make quantita- tive analysis more comprehensive and accurate. However,a master plan involves a great many as- pects and it is impossible for the provincial supervi- sion department in charge to perform an overall supervisory management over the master plan. Therefore it is necessary to optimize the key index put forward in the sample data and quantify the construction index such as the scope of land utilization, environment,public service and munici- pal supporting facilities,etc.so as to carry out com- prehensive supervision control and evaluation on the effect of implementation.
