Art Journals from the Perspective of Art History,An Observation through Cases of ’85 Thoughts

’85 thoughts was a round of art thoughts which had a mutilayered complicated relation with the art communication media of periodicals.Due to the in-depth involvement of art journals,’85 thought was more like a combination of a series of media events,rather than a simple art movement.The graphic information left by these journals also constitutes the pre-text of the early Chinese modern art.Contrasting to the present historical texts,and observing the relationship between art journals and ’85 thoughts,we could become conscious of the status of the art journals in the perspective of art history.
