| Abstract: | From five aspects of environment,function,character,art and culture,the aesthetic characteristics between south of the Five Ridges gardens and south of the Yangtze River gardens are compared,and the difference in individual character of two types of gardens is extracted.It is put forward that the gardens are media and carrier of culture. |
