| 摘 要： | 随着移动通信技术和宽带技术的发展，WiMAX已经成为全球电信运营商和设备制造商的关注热点问题之一。丈中从高速发展的宽带无线接入技术出发，阐述了WIMAX技术及其应用状况，主要对WIMAX应用特点、WIMAX组网模式和典型应用方案进行了分析，最后提出了这种技术业务运营中面临的问题，并对其发展趋势进行了展望。

| Abstract: | WiMAX has been focused by many global telecommunication operators and telecommunication equipment manufacturers. Based on the broadband wireless access technologies in high speed development, this paper presents the technology and application of WIMAX, including analysis on the application character, and networking mode of WIMAX, and typical application plans of WIMAX, finally puts forward the problems faced by business operation and the prospect of the WIMAX technology. |
