| Abstract: | The surface activities of acylated hide gelatin and acylated hydrolyzed hide gelatin were studied in this paper. The effects of different molecular weight of two hide gelatins and proportion of the materials on the surface tension, foaming capacity, emulsifying ability and detergent of solvent systems were investigated in details. |
