高职道路桥梁工程技术专业人才培养模式探讨

摘    要:根据培养道路桥梁工程一线施工与管理方面高级技术应用型专门人才的要求,江苏建筑职业技术学院道路桥梁工程技术专业对人才培养模式进行改革,提出了"3+3+2"校企合作、工学交替的新型人才培养模式.对"3+3+2"人才培养模式在实际操作的优势及存在问题进行了分析与探讨,并提出了相应的改进措施.

Abstract:the front According to the requirement of cultivating line of construction and management in road high level technical application talents for and bridge projects, road and bridge engi- neering technology major of Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute reformed the personnel training mode and put forward "3 +3 q-2" personnel training mode based on school--enterprise cooperation and working--learning alternation. This paper analyzes and discusses the advantages and problems of "3+3+2" personnel training mode and puts forward related improvement measures.
