摘 要: | 提出了一种面向智能DNC的嵌入式机床状态监测系统(eMCMS)设计方案。首先给出了基于3层分布式架构的智能DNC系统框架,然后描述了eMCMS的硬件与软件模块设计,并介绍了其中的“刀具状态识别器”所用算法,最后给出了测试结果。

Abstract: | It puts forward an intelligent DNC system embedded with machine tool condition monitoring system (eMCMS). First, it establishes the framework design of intelligent DNC system based on three- layered dis- tributed architecture, then, describes the design of hardware and software modules of "eMCMS", introduces the algorithm used in "tool condition recognizer" module. It shows the testing result and summary. |
