基于HyperWorks形状优化的桥式起重机主梁轻量化设计

摘    要:以某桥式起重机为研究对象,基于HyperWorks形状优化技术对桥式起重机主梁轻量化设计进行了研究。首先,建立桥式起重机的有限元模型,对其进行有限元分析。其次,以体积分数最小为目标函数,以起重机主梁的高度、宽度为设计变量,应力、应变能、模态为约束,建立优化数学模型,对起重机进行轻量化设计,并对优化后的起重机主梁进行整体稳定性验证。

The Structural Lightweight Design of Bridge Crane Girders Based on HyperWorks Shape Optimization

Abstract:Taking a bridge crane as the research object, it studies the structural lightweight design of bridge crane gird- ers based on HyperWorks shape optimization technology. It describes the structure of the bridge crane, builds the FE model of the finite element analysis. Taking volume fraction minimum as the objective function, the height and width of the crane girders as the design variables, stress, strain energy, modal as mnstraints, it establishes the shape optimal mathematical model of crane, achieves the structural lightweight design of a bridge crane, The test for the overall sta- bility of the bridge crane .shows that the optimization is effective.
