基于状态监测的煤炭企业设备点检管理系统设计

设计了煤矿设备状态信息采集、处理的方法与流程，建立了设备点检模型、设备运行状态分析方法，提出建立设备故障维修标准库，以此构建了基于状态监测的煤炭企业设备点检管理系统。该系统突出了煤矿设备的状态监测、信息采集和分析处理功能，促进了设备管理工作的制度化、标准化、规范化，从而实现了煤矿设备管理的数字化。

Development of Equipment Detection Management System for Coal Enterprise Based on State Monitoring

It proposes the method and process of the information collection and processing for the mine equip- ment, establishes the point inspection model of the mine equipment management, develops an information sys- tem of the mine equipment management. In order to take the equipment maintenance as the center, and take the full equipment status inspection and repair as the target, the system does the analysis of the equipment op- eration status and the equipment maintenance standards, collects the status monitoring, information and de- cides the disposal functions of the mine equipment management. It realizes the mine equipment management in digitalization.
