| 摘 要： | 为满足因中国汽车工业的快速发展对发动机连杆生产企业的产品配置管理提出的新要求，以中国某连杆生产龙头企业为研究对象，对其产品的配置管理现状及存在的问题进行了分析，论述了产品结构树管理、BOM管理、版本管理、全局产品信息模型等关键技术，并设计了产品配置流程图，提出了产品配置管理的具体实现方法。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the automobile industry in our country, it is important for the new request to meet the product configuration of the engine connecting rod production. Based on a leading domestic connecting rod production enterprise, it analyzes the present situation and existing problems of product configuration management, discusses some key techniques such as product structure tree management, BOM management, edition management and global product information model. Finally, it designs a product configuration process chart, and puts forward a method to carry out the product configuration management. |
