| 摘 要： | 从我国节能减排的现状出发,通过对当前节能减排金融支持政策及其实施现状的分析,找出金融支持政策实施过程中存在的主、客观2方面的问题,结合节能减排的具体内容及投入成效矩阵,确定节能减排金融政策的支持方向,提出节能减排的金融支持政策的具体实施措施,为加快我国节能减排发展提供借鉴。
