摘    要:在工业生产中为了实现对密封储罐液位的实时监控,本文设计了以PC机和多个超声波液位检测仪构成的DCS系统.采用RS485方式,设计系统的总体构成、上位机及下位机的通信程序.经上位机和3台下位机联机调试表明,该通信系统可靠性高,具有很好的实际应用价值.

Abstract:To achieve the real-time detection of water level in industry production process, a distributed control system of PC and multi-supersonic water level instrument is designed. It uses RS485 communication interface to design hardware structure, upper and lower computer communication program. Based on the debug with one upper and three lower instruments, it is verified that the communication system is stable.
