摘    要:基于ProFiBus现场总线的闸门监控系统,含现地手动、自动控制和远程计算机3级控制.其上位机为研华工控机,下位机以Siemens的S7-200 CPU224 PLC为控制单元核心.系统程序采用软件组态,完成数据采集、存储和处理,人机界面实时数据显示及与下位机数据交换等.通过闸门开度、水位、雨量等参数检测,实现水位监控.

Abstract:The draw-gate monitoring and controlling system based on the ProFiBus local bus includes the local manual controlling,auto controlling and long-distance computer controlling. The control system uses ADVANTECH industry controlling computer as the monitor and Siemens S7-200 CPU224 PLC as the center of the control cell. According to software configuration,the data can be collected,saved and managed,the operation interface can be displayed on the real time,and the communication between the computer and PLC can be achieved. Water level can be monitored and controlled automatically through measuring some parameters such as the opening degree of the draw-gate,the water level and precipitation rain fall.
