摘    要:随动部件是模态悬挂测试系统机架部分的关键结构,其刚度和强度直接影响了整个系统的性能。文章根据要求计算得到基频要求和机械强度要求,通过ANSYS软件对其随动部件进行有限元分析。得出各阶模态振形和力学分析图。从而验证了方案工艺和结构设计基本符合要求。

Abstract:The follow-up unit is the essential structure of the rack section of modal analysis test suspension system, its rigidity and intensity directly influence overall performance of system. Calculating the requirements for the base frequency and mechanical strength, and carrying on finite element analysis through the ANSYS software to its follow-up unit, we obtained various phases of modality viberation wave and mechanics analysis chart, thus has confirmed the plan craft and the structural design can meet the requirements basically.
