高毒力杀蚜白僵菌的分离及筛选

摘    要:对不同地方采集到的被白僵菌侵染死亡的昆虫分离、纯化,以桃蚜、麦长管蚜和禾谷缢管蚜为供试昆虫进行毒力测定。结果表明不同菌株的致病力存在着明显的不同。致病力最强的为Bb2号菌株,在1.1×108个孢子/mL时,三种蚜虫的累计死亡率分别为:100%、96.3%、93.7%。

Abstract:Some dead insects invaded by Beauveria had been collected from different areas and 15 isolates were separated and extracted.The 15 isolates from different hosts were bioassayed against Myzus persicae,Macrosiphum avenae and Rhopalosiphum padi.The results show that these 15 isolates have different virulence.Bb2 has the most virulent among the 15 strains.With the concentration of 1.1×108 conidia/mL,the cumulative mortality rates are 100%,96.3%,93.7%,respectively.
