人造金刚石的提纯技术

摘    要:对人造金刚石的提纯技术进行了综述,着重介绍了人造金刚石传统的“三除”提纯工艺及其优缺点,分析了目前国内外超微金刚石主要的化学提纯方法及其优缺点,并简单介绍了超微金刚石近年来现有的几种物理提纯方法的特点及人造金刚石的提纯进展,并对超微金刚石的提纯技术和其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:In this report,discussion on purification techniques of synthetic diamond was summarized.Traditional purification techniques,their merits and shortcomings were introduced,the characteristic of current chemical purification methods for ultrafine diamond were analyzed.Current physical purification methods of ultrafine diamond were briefly presented,and development of (artificial) diamond purification were introduced.Purification technique and application foreground of ultrafine diamond were forecasted.
