基于COSMOS/Works的旋挖钻机减速器小齿轮分析

摘    要:利用机械设计软件Solid Works创建了旋挖钻机减速器小齿轮的零件模型.并用有限元分析软件COSMOS/Works对其进行了静力分析,进而从理论上分析了小齿轮在正常工作状态下的应力、应变和变形等情况。根据计算结果进行强度分析,提出了小齿轮的结构设计要点,为小齿轮的结构设计提供了有价值的参考依据。

Abstract:A part model of the small gear in reducer of the revolving excavating machine is created with the Solid Works mechanic design software. Linear static analysis is conducted with the finite element analysis software COSMOS/ Works. And it analyzes the stress, displacement ,strain and so on in working order in theory. Intensity analyse is put up by the result. The key points in revolving excavating machine are put forward and all the things provide the valuable reference for the structure design oi the small gear.
