摘    要:钢丝绳种类繁多,本文给出了钢丝绳隔振器设计中的最主要参数多股钢丝绳抗弯截面惯性矩的一般公式,并在此基础上,进一步给出了钢丝绳隔振器受压时的等效静刚度近似计算公式。试验和计算对比表明钢丝绳隔振器受压时的等效静刚度近似计算公式还是相当准确的。

Abstract:Wire ropes are widely used in vibration isolators. A general formulation of cross-sectional moment of inertia of multi-wire cable is given. Furthermore, the approximate formula of equivalent static stiffness of the wire-rope isolator in compression is derived. Experimental results show that this formula is of high accuracy.
