弧焊过程智能检测分析系统的建立与应用

摘    要:为研究弧焊过程电弧的稳定性和熔滴过渡的控制,研制开发了一套弧焊过程电信号智能检测分析系统。该系统由硬件检测电路和相关软件组成,具有信号采集、波形显示、数据统计分析、曲线拟合及数据存储功能。该系统通过焊接电压和电弧电流的采样数据所进行的统计分析能够获得反映焊接过程的特征数据,并通过对这些数据的分析可对焊接过程的质量进行有效的评定。

Abstract:In order to study the arc stability and control the droplets transfer, an intelligent testing and analysis system was developed for arc welding process. The system was composed of hardware inspecting circuit and related software, and possessed signal sampling, waveform showing, statistical analysis of data, curve repaint and data storing function etc. It can also obtain the characteristic data of arc welding possess through statistic analyses of welding voltages and currents, which can evaluate the quality of arc welding process.
